Every small business relies upon its owner to steer it towards success and growth. There are many hats to wear, particularly in the early years, which can prove stressful and at times daunting.
Many people who feel they have a problem within their business are often put off approaching banks and other “institutions” for help and advice as their support offerings can be static and inflexible.
Our Business Paramedic programme offers small businesses a unique support package, starting off with a simple diagnostic health check. This results in a personalised business Care Plan being drawn up, comprising a number of prescriptions, based on business topics. Prescriptions will be delivered via 1:1 coaching or within a group clinic session.
Our Paramedics are business people too, who will share their experiences and provide meaningful advice and support.
